How to cook delicious spicy maotwana

What you will need for the chicken feet:

+500g cleaned chicken feet
cold water, enough to cover the chicken feet
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped/crushed
3 potatoes, cubed
2 green chillies, chopped off on the sides
2 tbsp medium curry powder
oxtail soup


1. Place the chicken feet in a deep pot.
2. Add sliced onion, chopped pepper, cubed potatoes, chillies, curry powder to the pot of chicken feet.
3. Fill with enough water to cover the chicken feet. Bring to boil then simmer. Cook for 45 mins stirring occasionally.
4. In a glass, add two tablespoons oxtail soup mix with water, add to the boiling broth to thicken
