Slice your tripe in pieces using a kitchen scissors.
There’s tripe that looks like a bible book, flip over the tripe and rinse, keep flipping over to rinse until clean.
Mala – intestines (grab a hosepipe and add the pipe to the entrance hole and rinse thoroughly).
Mogodu – clean it under cold running water or you can use the hose.
Place your cleaned ‘tripe’ in a large pot and prepare/cook it your way.
Tip: Mala le mogodu is plain delicious with salt and onion
