What You’ll Need:

50ml Inverroche Gin Amber
200ml Fever-Tree Indian Tonic
3 dashes Angostura Bitters


  1. Build in a Collins glass by adding cubed ice.
  2. Pour over your Inverroche Gin Amber, top up with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic.
  3. Garnish by coating your glass rim with fig jam and dust with sesame seeds.
